Detailed Services Presentation:
1. Provision of a distinctive mark indicating that the hotel is a Greek Hotel Association member.
With the member contract signature and the subscription payment, we will send you the distinctive mark to place at a distinct location at the hotel reception, which will indicate that your hotel is a member of the Greek Hotel Association.
2. Access of the member to the online reservations platform and to the offers and special offers platform.
The Greek Hotel Association will provide to the member-hotel a username and a password for access to the platforms, in order to enter/change data and material, regarding the hotel and reservations.

The two platforms in cooperation are going to inform the visitor on the current daily or seasonal hotel offers.
(The platforms are going to appear in 24 languages)
Reservation process
The interested client who wishes to make a reservation must initially accept the reservation policy terms that each member has set and introduced to the system. Then, the client must enter the required data into the system.
If the reservation is completed successfully, the system shall keep in a safe environment the client’s data and it shall send automatically a confirmation order both to the client and to the hotel. For security reasons you shall also receive the confirmation order by Fax.
Reservations payment
The client shall pay the total amount of the reservation with his/her arrival at the hotel.

4. Presentation of the Greek Hotel Association members in exhibitions both in Greece and abroad.
According to the association's plan up to now, from November 2010 to April 2011, the Greek Hotel Association will participate in 5 of the most important international tourism exhibitions, in order to promote its members (the presence of the members is not required).
Analytically, the exhibitions, in which we are going to participate are the following:
- World Trade Market, London
- Filoxenia, Thessalonica
- BIT, Milan
- ITB, Berlin
- MITT TRAVEL & TOURISM, Moscow
In the future, the Greek Hotel Association is going to participate in exhibitions that will take place in countries of Asia and America {central – North and South}
5. Presentation of the member in all the printed publications and the e-updates created by the association.
The Greek Hotel Association will proceed in publishing magazines on the amelioration and the promotion of Greek tourism.
Magazine
Escapes in Greece
This magazine will promote destinations in the country, as well as the association's members, giving emphasis to the cultural identity of each area, the events and the local products (food-drinks). The magazine Escapes in Greece will have a cover of 300 gr/ inside pages of 170 gr, a spiral opening guide, 2 page markers, Offset printing {take a look art the printed guide rough layout}
Newspaper
The newspaper, the title of which is Tourism Economy will be printed twice a year and will include interviews and tourism issues in Greece.
6. Legal advice provision to the member, in case of bad debts
The legal teem of the Greek Hotel Association will provide legal advice to any member that has a problem in case of bad debts.
